We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Vitalynx account and all associated data.
Note: If you have shared family members in your account, please transfer ownership to another family member before deleting. Otherwise their records will also be permanently deleted.
You can delete your account in three ways:
Email info@accusaga.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. Include your registered phone number in the email body so we can verify your identity.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
If you deleted your account by mistake or want to come back, you can always create a new Vitalynx account with your phone number. However, previously deleted data cannot be recovered.
